Our Team

Ruchi J. Attal, CPA

Ruchi has been in the accounting and finance field since 1997 and a CPA since 2002. She started her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, and has since that time served in executive leadership functions at several Fortune 500 companies.

Ruchi is an experienced CPA in business tax and accounting issues, as well as, advanced tax strategies for individuals. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. In 2018, she received the Business Woman of the Year award from the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, Ruchi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and personal fitness.

Carolyn Carter

Carolyn has been working as an Enrolled Agent in the tax field since earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Florida (1981). Carolyn has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients and unique tax situations. She is committed to helping clients protect their income.

Carolyn joined Apex in November 2021 through the merger of Tampa Bay Tax Pros and Apex Financial Solutions. Carolyn was previously the Owner of TBTP.

Carolyn is very active in the state and local chapter of Suncoast Enrolled Agents and a member of the NATP, National Association of Tax Professionals.

In her free time, Carolyn, is an avid traveler and encourages her clients to travel. She likes to celebrate every big occasion by taking a memorable trip. Carolyn has been married since 1983 to her college sweetheart, Doug and they have two children, Winn and Becky.

Dawn Hindes

Dawn Hindes joined the Apex team in July 2017 as the Office Administrator. Prior to joining Apex, she worked as a Legal Assistant in Family Law, Foreclosures and Probate. She grew up in Northeast Florida and attended St. Johns River State College.

Dawn moved to Tampa in 2003 with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending her off time at Disney with her family.

Kristina Romanowski

Kristina Romanowski is a Staff Accountant who joined Apex in November 2019. She is a seasoned accounting and Quickbooks expert and is responsible for handling the outsourced accounting services for Apex's business clients.

Georgetta Geidel

Georgetta Geidel is a Staff Accountant who joined the Apex team in March 2020 after moving to Tampa from South Dakota. She is a seasoned accounting professional who handles outsourced accounting services for Apex’s business clients.
